What is Environmental Management Plan
An Environmental Management Plan (EMP) is a guidance document to measure and achieve compliance with the environmental mitigation and monitoring to be taken during implementation and operation to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts of an industry or project, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels.
